These groups also connect members to local resources, help strengthen support networks, and encourage learning strategies that build confidence and independence.
Ken’s Group
Ken’s Group offers a check-in to reconnect after the weekend, share how things are going, and problem-solve challenges together. The group honors the memory of a member who passed away and is dedicated to staying connected and looking out for one another.
Relationships Group
This group focuses on building healthy boundaries and relationships that strengthen social connections and support networks. Activities include journaling, self-assessments, group discussions, and practical exercises for moving forward from past relationship difficulties.
Embracing the Arts
Our art group gives members a hands-on way to express themselves, improve focus, and develop new skills. Supplies, tools, and guidance are available for painting, drawing, and other projects. Members may also choose to display their work in our Gallery Of Hope..
